This is a poem I wrote to express how it is when I'm in one of my depressive espisode:

Missing

Please be alert

For a woman is missing

Did she run away?

Life is hard, after all

Was she kidnapped?

The enemy does this

More often than you think

Or did this woman merely get lost?

She has been known to forget

Who she is

Perhaps all the above

Has happened

Weirder things have occurred

Not sure

Ust know she’s missing

And Missed

Any information

That leads to her safe return

Greatly appreciated

A blessing, really

Her description

As follows

Early thirties

With the joy of a ten year old

That’s right, a ten year old

Curvy

Dazzling smile

Shines

Funny

Loves life

Bold

Strong

Heart o Gold

I repeat

A woman is missing

And missing

And missed

By adoring husband

Terrific friends

Wonderful family members

And by herself

Who is me

I am missing

And I need help

I need to be found

Please help

For I am missing

And missed
